Robert regularly represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners and other commercial construction industry participants. His practice includes representation of clients in construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims and disputes. In addition, Bob also works in transactional areas such as planning and structuring of construction projects, preparation of construction contracts including commercial terms and conditions, allocation of risk and other such matters. Bob also advises clients in areas related to construction such as real estate, insurance and bonding, and labor and employment matters. Bob is currently counsel to, and a member of the Board of Directors of, the Associated General Contractors of Kansas (AGC-KS).
